She So Funny

Hello people.  Thanks for coming back to read my updates.  I appreciate your interest.

        On Saturday, November 1^st at 9pm, I’m on the line-up in Paul Hallasy’s Eat Drink Laugh show at Pangea, 178 2^nd Avenue (near 12^th Street) NYC.  $10 in advance; $15 at the door.  

Hi people.  I am happy to share that I am teaching a creative writing class once a week to people who are retired and now doing things they really want to do.  They are delightful.  The levels vary, and that’s fine.  I appreciate their motivation and enthusiasm.

        For those of you who would like to attend a free comedy show in Manhattan, I am on the line-up for Randy Epley’s Comedy Dungeon Show at Kama, 36 West 106^th Street, 8:30pm on Thursday, October 9^th.  You may even BYOB.

I’ve been selling merchandise – books, clothes, jewelry, electric rollers, dishes, other household items, etc. -- in front of my building.  Currently, my neighborhood is mainly Dominican.  Many folks speak little or no English.  I speak very little Spanish.  Somehow, we manage.  I am using more of whatever Spanish I learned in school, and they are using whatever English they know.  Younger people translate when needed.  It’s all good.

Community is more about hearts than anything else.

My next show on City Island is on 12/12/2025 at 8pm, only $15 cover and NO minimum!  Laughter is truly guaranteed.  Details to follow.  Mark your calendars now.  I’d LOVE to see you and hear you laughing.
